The Hope Center was brought into the Centers Health Care family in 2015. Previously it was part of Help/PSI, an organization dedicated to helping people with AIDS, which represent an expanding population within the nursing home industry. As a leader in post-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation, we knew we needed to expand our services in order to better serve this population and to deliver the kind of unique, specialized care that this community requires. When the opportunity to bring the Hope Center into our family presented itself, we were quick to react.
We immediately brought the residents of Hope Center our commitment to unequalled care, to caring for the whole resident, body mind and spirit, and to infusing the Centers Health Care spirit of Heart Health and Home.
The history of Hope Center as a part of the Centers Health Care family is very young. Our mission now is to continue building on the good work that has been done here over the years, to improve the services we offer to this community and to use the Hope Center as a model for future endeavors. The history of Hope Center is something we are all a part of. It’s a history of success. It’s our residents’ history of living their lives to the fullest. It’s a history we look forward to writing with you.
