Eitan is one of the “bright stars” in the Centers Health Care family. He learned the job of being an administrator from one of our best and one meeting with him will convince you that he learned it well. And that meeting will most likely take place in the hall, because you won’t find Eitan sitting in his office all day. “You can’t run a skilled nursing facility or a rehab center from behind a desk. You need to be out in the facility, talking to the residents and their family members, coaching the staff, seeing what needs to be done and getting it done. That’s how you keep your finger on the pulse of the home. “With an approach like that, it’s easy to see why we matched Eitan to Hammonton Center. We think they’re a perfect fit. But don’t take or word for it – drop in, meet Eitan and talk to the residents about him. They tell his story even better then we can.
Care comes first at every Centers Health Care facility, but Festus tells everyone on his staff that compassion comes first. “You can’t really take care of someone unless you put yourself in their place for a minute. When you understand your patient, you can care for them better”. And that philosophy is witnessed by every resident at the Hammonton Center. When a resident tells you that being cared for here is like being cared for by a trusted family member, you know that compassion is behind it all. And everyone’s well-being is better for it, thanks to the leadership of Festus.
Neha joined the Hammonton Center family in 2014 and brought her personal philosophy of “working the whole patient “with her. It’s a philosophy that has long been the guiding principle behind the outstanding success record at all Centers Health Care facilities. “You can treat the injury, you can treat the recovery site, but if the patient has other issues you’ll never get them back to full independence. I make sure we think about balance, muscle tone, and flexibility. When we return a patient home, they’re fully ready for the challenges of the daily living”. Heading up a great team and imparting that same philosophy to them has helped Neha make the Hammonton Center one of the most successful rehabilitation centers in the region.
Madeline is one of the first friends our new residents make when they arrive at the Hammonton Center. A graduate of Rutgers University, Madeline knew at a very young age that she wanted to pursue a meaningful career in Social Work. Shortly thereafter, she found the perfect place to fulfill that dream at Hammonton Center. A qualified social work professional, Madeline provides support and counseling to our residents and their families and the world of Hammonton Center always looks brighter behind her infectious smile.
