The Awakened Program is the result of years of work by many talented, caring people whose mission is to improve the quality of life for those who suffer from Alzheimer’s and other dementias. In Centers facilities throughout the northeast we have implemented various programs, testing the results of each and selecting the very best, most effective features from each one, and using them to enhance the program being operated at our Holliswood Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. The result is the Awakened at Holliswood™ Program, which is now being rolled out in Centers Healthcare facilities throughout the northeast.
