Concord Nursing celebrates Valentine’s

Throughout February, much of the staff at Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Madison Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant has worn red for Heart Month, but they have also recognized other very important timely events of the month, including Black History Month and, of course, Valentine’s Day. During Valentine’s Week, the 140-bed skilled nursing facility had a tasty bake sale in observance of Black History Month, recognizing America’s great black leaders of the present and past. Here, various Concord staff personnel are seen, including nurses and kitchen staff, who are all smiling proudly.
