Slate Valley Center Pony Visit

On June 10, 2021 at Slate Valley Center in Granville, Linda Cole from Kasey’s Cast-a-Ways, a small farm and petting zoo from Port Jervis, NY, came to visit the residents at their windows. Although COVID-19 is non-existent these days at Slate Valley Center, pony window visits like these are still going on, just to be safe rather than be sorry. Nevertheless, the residents had a great time seeing the pony. In the final photo, 89 year-old Sister Eva “Doris” Madison just wanted to pet the pony only once. Revisiting in-person visits should be taking place shortly.
