Over the past several years my heart condition has gradually become more challenging. It reached the point that I was afraid to be alone. I ended up in the hospital, but had to figure out what I was going to do, where I was going to go when they discharged me. I did some research, and Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing really stood out.

After leaving the hospital, I transferred to Beth Abraham Center and received a warm welcome. I fell in love with the team here. My time at the Center has been truly amazing. The staff treats me like family.

The Cardiac Program at the facility has drastically improved my quality of life. I no longer have to worry about being alone. I know now I can take of myself. The amazing team and the advanced, innovative technology has given me hope that I’ll be able to live independently again.
