Bonnie has over 40 years of experience in Long-term care (LTC) with an emphasis in education and providing guidance in all aspects of clinical leadership and clinical care with advanced knowledge and teaching abilities in infection prevention and control and skin and wound care and management. Over the past 20 years, Bonnie has taught in numerous educational events and conferences both within the company and with diverse, multiple state affiliations addressing the unique needs of this specialty area of healthcare. Bonnie has served and continues to serve on state or national committees designed to improve the care provided in long-term care settings. Bonnie is proponent of “life-long learning” and strives daily to advance her own knowledge and skills as well as those she supports at Centers Health Care. Bonnie has a masters degree in nursing education with specialty certifications in wound care and infection prevention and control.
