Kelly Moteiro is an accomplished Registered Nurse and healthcare leader with more than 22 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing and long-term care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Stony Brook University and has dedicated her career to advancing clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care.
Throughout her career, Kelly has developed extensive expertise in nursing administration, clinical operations, federal and state healthcare regulations, survey readiness, quality improvement, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Her implementation of patient-centered care initiatives has helped strengthen clinical outcomes while promoting a culture focused on quality, dignity, and exceptional resident care.
Known for her hands-on and collaborative leadership style, Kelly believes the strongest healthcare teams are built through mentorship, accountability, communication, and leading by example. Her “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach allows her to work alongside clinical teams, support nursing leaders, and foster an environment where staff feel valued and empowered to provide their best care.
Kelly currently serves as Director of Clinical Operations for Centers Healthcare in Bronx, New York, where she provides clinical leadership and oversight while supporting nursing teams in delivering safe, compliant, high-quality care.
