Troy Center on Marvin Avenue in Troy, New York, wished a happy 56th birthday on December 7 to long-time Maintenance employee Tom Cerney. Tom is highly respected at the 78-bed skilled nursing facility given his 34 years of employment and because of his warmth and sense of humor, the residents love speaking to him.
