RECORD-BREAKING NEWS – LITERALLY! Centers Health Care Sets World Record for Largest Seated Dance
We’re thrilled to announce that Centers Health Care has officially set the Guinness World Records™ title for the Largest Seated Dance Lesson – Multiple Venues, with an incredible 696 participants joining together across our facilities!
While other nursing homes were playing bingo, Centers Health Care was encouraging engaging, invigorating, and fun activity from its residents, and setting a world record to boot!
The event was a blast – residents and staff had a fantastic time clapping and waving their arms, all while seated. “Everyone was laughing and having a great time,” one witness said. “It was great to see everyone moving and grooving together.”
This achievement was about so much more than setting a world record. It was about bringing our community together, creating joy, and showing what is possible when we move as one. Seeing our residents, staff, families, and friends participate together was an incredibly powerful and memorable experience.
A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone who participated, helped organize the event, and brought their energy and enthusiasm to the dance floor.
