National Nurses Week & Mother’s Day at Northern Manor
In May, we recognize the hard work that our nurses do on a daily basis. From National Nurses Day on May 6 and Mother’s Day to National Nurses Week from May 9 through May 15, we thank these hard-working individuals throughout the country, especially in 2021 where they continue their heroic efforts to keep everyone safe from COVID-19. At Northern Manor on North Middletown Road in Nanuet, it has been a well-deserved recognition from leadership at the facility, including long time Administrator Henry Heinemann. Nurses at Northern Manor enjoyed a pizza lunch on May 6, on Mother’s Day May 10th, nurses were given a gorgeous assortment of hearted frosted cookies with a balloon arrangement and throughout this week, nurses are being recognized in various ways as they receive gifts and flowers from families.
