Juneteenth Celebration at Warren Center

On June 19, 2023, the Warren Center in Queensbury, New York, recognized Juneteenth as they paid tribute to African Americans in this country who helped shape this nation with their freedom from slavery in the 19th century. For this celebration, Warren Center treated its residents to cold sundaes on a warm late spring day. The Recreation team also spoke of black history in America as well as famous African American singers, played trivia, and proudly talked about black heritage.
