Labor Day Fun at Corning Center
It was a perfect Labor Day weekend for the residents at Corning Center, as they went on a shopping spree on Saturday and then on an educational trip on Sunday. On Saturday, a number of the facility’s residents went to the Arnot Mall in Horseheads and spent their afternoon shopping for clothes and even jewelry. Other residents did window shopping but treasured the day just by going to the mall. On Sunday, it was off to the Rockwell Museum in Corning, where residents learned about the various historical art works the museum has to offer. All in all, Labor Day weekend 2023 was in no way boring.
