Patriotic Memorial Day at Corning

This morning, on Memorial Day 2022, leadership at Corning Center presented a very moving patriotic celebration outside on the grounds of the facility. The facility’s flag pole was surrounded by roses as residents were escorted outside to watch the festivities. The morning included speeches and singing, and there was also a 21-gun salute performed by the local VFW. Here, the Recreation Director had proud tears as she placed roses at the flagpole.
