CHC celebrates National Nurses Appreciation Week
For National Nurses Appreciation Week, Centers Health Care, one of the leading networks of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers, treated the nurses and other staff at Montefiore Nyack Hospital on North Midland Avenue in Nyack to a free ice cream afternoon on Friday, May 12th. This special cooling off ice cream day, couldn’t come at a better time as temperatures jumped into the mid to upper 80s in Rockland County where over 300 staff personnel including nurses, physicians and other staff thanked the Centers Health Care team led by Centers Nyack Hospital Liaison Joyce White for tasty treat. Centers also offered a spin the wheel at the table where Nyack Hospital staff could spin and win a free Wi-Fi speaker if spinner landed on the correct Centers logo color. All in all, it was a very successful afternoon as this ice cream day kicked off the company’s popular ice cream summer campaign.
