Cheryll East Named Director of Nursing
On Tuesday, May 2nd at the Centers Health Care company-wide retreat in Garfield, New Jersey, company Chief Nursing Officer Heidi Hendrix announced that Ms. Cheryll East from Steuben Center in Bath was named Director of Nursing of the Year. It was a proud moment for Ms. East as her fellow Steuben Center colleagues who were in attendance chanted, “Cheryll, Cheryll, Cheryll!” as she was named. Ms. East came to the stage receiving her certificate and stayed for a photo opportunity with Ms. Hendrix and company CEO Kenny Rozenberg.

The goal is not exactly the same for everyone. It may be returning home, becoming stronger, staying independent or simply feeling better and more comfortable from one day to the next. Sometimes that progress comes in large steps. More often, it comes in small ones. Either way, every step matters.
