Heartfelt reunion for Ballston Spa son and mom at Washington Center
Ballston Spa’s David Helwig was recently able to visit his 80-year-old mother Florence Goyer, a resident at Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Argyle, N.Y. David hasn’t been able to visit his mother in more than a year due to COVID-19. Washington Center recently reopened for visitation based on the new New York State Department of Health guidelines.
