Housekeeper is Slate Valley Center’s Employee of the Month

A big congratulations goes out to State Valley Center’s Lisa French from housekeeping as she was nominated as the December 2023 Employee of the Month.
French, who is well liked, has made a major impact at the 88-bed skilled nursing facility on State Route 40 in Granville. She was hired four months ago in September and since her first day, both staff and residents grew quickly to like her.
“Generally, the housekeeping staff really gets to know the residents and their families where it makes an all-around experience here very likable,” said Recreation Director Bailey Greenough. “Lisa is not only an example of that, but she has become someone that so many residents and families know by name, and that says something for someone who’s only been here since this past September.”
