New Paltz Cooking Program

Samantha Cerero, the Activities Director at the 77-bed skilled nursing facility New Paltz Center in New Paltz, New York, has started a new delicious cooking program that she’s heading up. Named "Cooking With Nonna", the program debuted on September 29 in front of 20 to 25 residents on-hand. It all began with a delicious chicken soup and the residents enjoyed the sights and smells of the fresh ingredients that they used to cook with in their own homes. These residents reminisced about cooking while awakening their senses with the smells they remember and love so much!
