Oneida Center in Utica Observes World Alzheimer’s Month with Heartfelt Programs and Fundraising Events
Throughout September, Oneida Center in Utica has been observing World Alzheimer’s Month, plus September 21 being World Alzheimer’s Day by doing many heartfelt programs and events. The 120-bed skilled nursing facility has been raising money for Alzheimer’s research through the Alzheimer’s Association by selling stickers, pins, and bracelets and the staff have been wearing purple throughout the month keeping those with this dreaded disease throughout the world in mind.
