Pony visit brings joy to residents at Kingston Center
Kingston Center was the site on May 12, 2022, of a great pony visit by 16-year-old Tucker and his horse-handler Linda Cole from Kasey’s Cast-a-Ways in Port Jervis, New York. Residents and staff at this cozy 55-bed skilled nursing facility on Gardiner Road in West Kingston, Rhode Island, loved every minute of the visit as it was held indoors with smiling and laughing residents showing love to Tucker as this gorgeous Shetland. Visits like these were held with a window separating the residents from the pony during the height of COVID, but they are held once again indoors to the delight of the residents and staff.
