Pony’s Visit to Richmond Center

On March 27, residents at Richmond Center on Staten Island received a beautiful visit from ponies Aiden and Pearl by way of HorseAbility for Equine Facilitated Therapy in Old Westbury, New York. The residents haven’t received many pony visits since the pandemic, so they were all smiles and laughter at the 372-bed skilled nursing facility on Tompkins Avenue. Aiden and Pearl are two miniature therapy horses that work at Today our furry friends Pearl and Aidan came to visit residents again. Their visit always brings a lot of smiles and joy to staff and residents alike.
