Richmond Center’s Summer BBQs

Residents at Richmond Center on Tompkins Avenue on Staten Island couldn’t wait for summer and how they love those tasty BBQs. Without any hesitation in this post-COVID-19 pandemic world, getting together for summer ice cream and hot tasty BBQs started right after Memorial Day and right through the 4th of July holiday and both staff and residents were smiling from ear-to-ear. In conjunction with the kitchen and dietary staff, the Recreation team made sure everyone got what they wanted from food to activities, it’s been a summer of celebration at the large 372-bed skilled nursing facility.
