Chinese New Year Celebration

On February 16, Slate Valley Center on State Route 40 in Granville, New York, began to observe the Chinese New Year by creating their own Chinese lanterns. Additionally, local guitarist and vocalist Cooie came to the facility to play their favorite country and bluegrass songs.
