South Jersey nursing homes celebrate the New Year
New Year’s Eve at two South Jersey nursing homes brought out the smiles and laughs with so many residents and the goal at both facilities was to have each resident happy. At Hammonton Center in Hammonton, New Jersey, the Recreation team headed by Helen Sikora brought sparkling cider and hors d’oeuvres to the residents on a full holiday cart decorated with New Year’s glitter. Meanwhile at Deptford Center in Deptford, New Jersey, residents also had sparkling cider and treats, plus they told each other stories of past New Years Eves.
