Super Bowl at Warren Center
Every year, residents at Warren Center look forward to the Super Bowl and all of the food, fun, and games that it brings. This year, following the COVID-19 pandemic, the residents and staff at the 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Queensbury, New York, had an even better time watching Super Bowl LVII between the Eagles and Chiefs. The Activities team, led by Director Holly Desnoyers, had a variety of food, including pizza, wings, chips and dip, cheese doodles, punch, and chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches to top it all off. The room was filled with over 30 smiling residents, a number of family members, and staff who circulated just to be with the residents during the big game. All of the residents received cute Nerf footballs, all imprinted with the Super Bowl LVII logo.
