It’s National Nursing Home Week and on May 15, it was all out fun for both the staff and the residents at Slate Valley Center in Granville, New York, as mostly everyone got dressed up in the favorite sports attire. Additionally, it was also Dessert Day so staff brought in their favorite kinds of desserts, from homemade cookies, cakes, to pies and cannoli’s. All week at the facility will be a celebration for the hard work the employees do each and every day.
