Wichita Center Offers Free Donut Truck at Wesley Rehab Hospital
On July 14, 2021, Centers Health Care and the Wichita Center For Rehabilitation and Nursing offered free donuts off of a donut truck for the heroes of working at the Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital in Wichita. Their appreciation of the hard work they have done over the past 15 months since COVID began was unbelievable. Centers Health Care Regional Director Jessica Folk said, “the staff here are incredible and we, as a community, have to appreciate them and their hard work everyday. They put their lives on the line for all of us in Wichita.” Between 50-75 staff members came to get their free ice cream and a very warm summer afternoon.
