Williamsbridge Center in the Bronx Educates Residents on American Sign Language for National Deaf Awareness Month

Since September is National Deaf Awareness Month and the last Sunday in September is National Deaf Awareness Day, Williamsbridge Center on Tomlinson Avenue in the Bronx began educating its residents on American sign language. The facility would focus each lesson on a particular letter and word, such as the letter “G” which is for the word “greatness”.
