A big congratulations goes out to Oneida Center resident Scott Houle, who was selected by leadership as the May 2024 Resident of the Month. Scott was ecstatic as he accepted the nomination, and given his dynamic and fun personality, Mr. Houle laughed and smiled from ear to ear. Scott is 64 years old and has been at Oneida Center since March 19 of this year. He loves snowboarding, pizza, and news about his hometown of Utica, New York and he says of himself as being polite and kind, which, according to Recreation Director Sara Bieniek, is very true.
