WTEN-TV Warren Center Presidents Day
In Queensbury yesterday, Warren Center staff treated the residents to a President’s Day celebration that included many foods named after various U.S. Presidents, such as Abraham Lincoln’s gingerbread cookies, George Washington hoecakes, Thomas Jefferson mac and cheese and even Calvin Coolidge apple pie. The facility also honored style patriotism with top hats and they even had line dancing entertainment. The real Americana was felt at the Gurney Lane 80-bed skilled nursing facility.
