Baloo Brings Joy to Corning Center
Former pound puppy Baloo is over six months old now, and as a therapy Labrabull for the residents at Corning Center in Corning, New York, Baloo is always a breath of fresh air. Owned by Recreation Director Shannon Robertson, Baloo has been visiting the residents at the 120-bed skilled nursing facility on East First Avenue since he was a baby. Baloo loves coming to work because he knows that he’s about to receive so much love and attention from everyone, including the staff. In addition to all of the activities the residents receive at Corning Center, Baloo is the icing on the cake.
