Essex Center gets Holiday Cheer from Kids

The sixth-grade class from Elizabethtown-Lewis Central School made a surprise visit to Essex Center, singing Christmas carols to residents.

The eighth grade delivered handmade Christmas cards, and the 11th-grade class delivered brought baked goods for the residents.

“What a beautiful occasion,” Essex Center’s Director of Recreation Candy Goff said in a press release. “The kids were unbelievable, the residents loved it!”

And then, Essex Center did a Christmas card exchange with ELCS’s elementary grades.
