Residents at Carthage Center, the 90-bed skilled nursing facility on West Street in Carthage got a very happy Halloween visit on October 31 as Angelia Mack from Ponies For Purpose brought in Cupid the pony all dressed in a spider outfit to meet the residents, bringing them smiles and laughter.
