Steuben Center’s Halloween Crafts
It’s Halloween time so residents at Steuben Center in Bath, NY created beautiful scarecrow hats! The Recreation team headed by Director Heather Graham sat down with residents with those country straw hats and then created a pumpkin face and built a very warm autumn look on the hat.
