On April 9, Glens Falls Center, the 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Glens Falls, New York, wished a happy 102nd birthday to one of their most lovable residents, Frances Barclay. Frances used to work in a real estate office and is from Queensbury, New York. Frances, seen here in January when the facility had a fun Elvis impersonator visit the residents, holds the famous Elvis’ Teddy Bear. Happy 102 Frances!!
