Colleen Smith from Slate Valley Center wins the National Skilled Nursing Care Week contest!
Slate Valley Center in Granville, New York, is congratulating Activities employee Ms. Colleen Smith after she became the winner in the facility’s National Skilled Nursing Care Week contest during the week of May 15. Ms. Smith correctly matched all of the fun facts to the correct staff who provided them. Colleen won an Amazon gift card.
