Couple gets married at Ontario Center
A big congratulations to Phillip and Patty Cooper of Canandaigua, NY, who were married on January 15, 2023, at the Ontario Center on County Complex Drive in Canandaigua. The two tied the knot at the 98-bed skilled nursing facility so Phillip’s mom, Winona McDaniels, 75, a resident at the facility, could be there. The facility catered a beautiful lunch, and a unit nurse manager’s mother baked the celebratory wedding cake. Patty’s family was also in attendance, as were fifteen to twenty other residents and staff members. The couple honeymooned in a quiet, secluded cabin in the mountains near Naples, New York, in the Finger Lakes region.
