Halloween at Troy Center
Halloween at Troy Center on Marvin Avenue had both residents and staff enjoying every minute of it. Most were dressed up in costumes, but everyone played games, had special Halloween desserts like brownies, candies and chocolate cake while “Monster Mash” music played throughout the facility.
