Halloween Joy at Rochester Center

Halloween at Rochester Center was incredibly fun for the residents at the 124-bed skilled nursing home, Rochester Center on Beahan Road. In addition to a Halloween costume contest, the residents and staff enjoyed frozen caramel apple frappes, hours of devours, and a large number of sweet treats.
