Ponies for Purpose Visit at Oneida

On July 21, 2023, Oneida Center residents and staff on Kemble Street in Utica had a special visit from Dugan from the folks at “Ponies for Purpose,” based in Auburn, New York. The residents loved the visit and would love to have Dugan back again.
