Taylor Williams: Employee of the Month
Sigma Rehab Health & Centers Health Care has announced that Occupation Therapist Ms. Taylor Williams is the Week 1 April 2023 Employee of the Month in the Therapy Department at Ellicott Center on 7th Street in downtown Buffalo.
Ms. Taylor says her passion for helping others and having her patients achieve their goals while providing them with a setting that allows them to maximize their functional independence excited her to become an occupational therapist. The most rewarding part of her role, she says, is seeing how happy and excited patients are as they make functional progress to return to their prior level of function. They leave with a smile, knowing they get to safely return to their daily routines and occupations they love.
