Amanda Coppolo: New Administrator

Washington Center in Argyle, New York, has named its new Administrator and her name is Amanda Coppolo, LNHA. Ms. Coppolo, 28, joined Centers Health Care’s sister facility, Glens Falls Center in Glens Falls, NY, back in September as the facility’s Associate Administrator and was then named Administrator at Washington Center two months ago when longtime Administrator Brooke Daley retired. Ms. Coppolo is fully committed to both her residents and staff, plus she is “team-minded”, understanding that a successful outcome all comes from the team chemistry of fully invested and talented personnel, not just one person. Although not an issue currently, Ms. Coppolo constantly thinks of ways to increase company morale, and she is also big on community relations and is looking towards bringing the facility closer to the people of Argyle, Washington County, and nearby Vermont.
