Delicious Ice Cream Sundae for St. Patrick’s Day at Corning Center

Corning Center’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration was anything but boring this year as residents at the cozy 120-bed skilled nursing facility were treated to delicious spring mint chocolate chip ice cream sundae. With Irish music playing on the intercom, staff dug into to the tubs of ice cream helping to serve the residents. Over the past two years, St. Patrick’s Day at Corning Center was observed but in a quieter fashion. This year, smiles returned to the residents’ faces and they had their sundaes together again.
