“Get Moving With Therapy!” program is very popular at Slate Valley Center
Slate Valley Center in Granville, New York, continues their popular “Get Moving With Therapy!” exercise program, done by the facility’s rehab team. The program is designed for the residents to strengthen their legs and arms and sharpen their balance to prevent falls from occurring. The residents even kick a ball around, do these exercises together and have a great time doing so.
