Pony’s Cute Visit to Troy Center

On April 12, 2022, Troy Center on Marvin Avenue in Troy, New York, received a window visit by a pony named Frost, a beautiful nine-year-old Shetland from Kasey’s Cast-a-Ways in Port Jervis, New York. Here, resident Deana Koepp admires Frost through her window. Still, indoor animal visits have not been cleared by New York State’s Department of Health.
