Special Easter Visit at University Center

Residents at University Center on Grand Avenue in the Bronx got a special Easter visit on April 5 from horse handler Linda Cole of Kasey’s Cast-a-Ways, who is located in Port Jervis, New York. Linda runs an intimate animal farm there, and she’s often touring various skilled nursing facilities throughout New York State. This time around, due to it being the Easter holiday, Linda brought two bunnies with her, and the residents at the 46-bed nursing home simply loved the visit that was arranged by Recreation Director Tyler Fier Kohlmier.
